ACEC provides training classes and workshops for young women teachers to keep them updated, and provide them with capacity building, vocational training, PSS sessions, and ….etc. It also helps them excel in the teaching process. This gives a way for creativity and responsibility towards themselves and their other young learners. Teachers will become more active, engaged in their work, and capable of planning and development
